Genuine Yale key, cut to customer order.Simply place the order.Amazon doesn't make it easy to contact the provider, so I emailed directly.Provider needs the 3 sets of numbers to generate the key.Some reviews have been unfair on this but the provider can only make a new key when the key codes are sent to the provider!
