Can I use this as a top coat over Gel Dip nails?

hi i am very sorry we have only sales agents in the store i do not like to say or not lenny

Can I use this as a top coat over gel dip nails?

It is not recommended unless it it is GEL TOP COAT.

Why is it sometimes purple tint and other times colorless

One is the top coat the other is the regular strengthener

Is it colorless or a little bit lilac?

It's virtually colorless. it's a very faint pink in the bottle but you use so little it looks clear. Really does help the nails grow though- I started using a product without toxic ingredients but this one works better.
