It does nt work ..waste product..

People are complaining about this being a placebo and all. Folks, this is a herbal/ayurvedic medicine. It's not going to be as strong as one of those allopathic sleep pills. It's mild but it works.For me, it solved (temporarily) my terrible insomnia. I stopped the anti-depressants because of these.This and green tea helped the most. Diet and workout are obviously very important as well.

This medicine has definitely helped me get good sleep after a stressful day's work. I take one tab 45 minutes before going to the bed. I would recommend this especially for the young adults who are under a lot of stress or feel depressed in their day to day life.
