Ottimo integratore di b12 (metilcobalamina). Avevo timore che non essendo sublinguale ci sarebbero potuti essere dei problemi con l'assorbimento, invece ha riportato i miei livelli di b12 da carenti a ottimi nel giro di un solo mese.
