First of all the item came with no paperwork or instructions whatsoever. It was advertised as a scratch remover cloth. I tried it on the door of my auto which had a number of light scratches. It was useless. Did not remove or even cover up the scratches.

This thing works very good on light scratches. Be prepare because it comes with a lot of wax, I needed it for a couple tiny scratches mycar had, son I didn't need the whole thing, so I kept it in a Ziploc.

BEWARE!!! YOUR CLEARCOAT AND PAINT ON CAR WILL GET WIPED OFF! I LIGHTLY RUBBED ON LIGHT AND DEEPER SCRATCHES AND NO IMPROVEMENT. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO USE ON ANY CAR. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

This product is a great solution for a common problem.

Didn't know what it was or how to use it. Was a problem because I intended to give it as a gift. Has not been used yet so I don't know how well it works.
