do you do a 50mm bracket length for a 32 mm tube just need a shorter length than the 65mm

Sorry but no, we do not have 50mm brackets

Is this the largest diameter tube size that you sell? Mine is measurin roughly 35mm but I haven't taken off the end part yet as it's glued on.

Yes this would be the largest we have as of now. These are suitable for tubes with internal diameter or 32mm. I hope this helps.

How far does the bracket stick out, i am mounting this on a door that has a security gate and need to make sure the gate will close.

I have bought 2 sorts of these, both slightly different sizes. But the largest of the two sticks out about 16.3cm from the wall to the edge of the fitting. Hope this helps.

My pole diameter is 25mm. do i order a 25mm kit ? as, i have just a ordered a 25mm kit from another company and the plastic ends are too small?

All blinds vary and I had such a hard time getting the right size. So I recommend ordering a few until you get your ideal size.
