I like the white tablet formulation: it's easy to swallow and, it is halal, vegetarian and gluten-free.I like that it provides 400 IU, the recommended daily dose of vitamin D. I take it with my breakfast, and get on with my day, knowing that my immune system is strengthened.

Vit D for the body as I'm not getting out in the sun
These vitamins were needed as I haven't been out during the day and they seem to be good for me to get the vit D into me. They are easy to take. I take 1 a day in this time of covid19.

Hopefully these will do the same as others I've used successfully,being that these are cheaper and they do what they claim to in listings,only started them few days ago 👍
