Had this line for years and when moving house left it behind. Brought a more expensive one and it’s definitely not as good as this one. You do need a washing line support for these types of lines

This product is very disappointing. I did my research and read the reviews so thought that i was buying a sturdy washing line. I hung washing on a windy day and the line snapped. Then on another day the bottom bunge snapped off allowing my washing to drop to the ground. It is far inferior to my previous vilenda one. The line is thin and it has now become unusable after less than 6 weeks use. I have been refused a refund or replacement thus i am writing a review so no one else is ripped off as i was. It is now in the bin as completely unusable . I am very disappointed .

Easy to install however once washing is on the line it isn’t very good it droops once I take the clothes prop down my washing is on the floor even tho I fastened it’s as tight as possible before the washing is placed in the line .

Product design isn’t great, yes it’s cheap, yes it’s easy to install, yes on paper the design does what it needs to do, but... after just 8 months with little use during that period the washing line retractable feature has broken. The line has got jammed around the wheel inside and without smashing the thing apart you can’t get to the cord to free it from the wheel. Managed to fix it once and within minutes it is jammed again.Brought other one from a local store, same design & same problem. It’s as if the cord miss aligns the wheel inside when is retracts and jams the device.Will buy a different design next time round.

Easy to use, rewinds well, and can support bedding and other heavier items.

Good item, Easy to install and use

Found this item to be rubbish, extremely poor quality the bodywork holding the pins broke away allowing the pins to drop out after only four times of use with light washing only, definitely NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE.Requested a refund from seller but with no reply. Contacted Amazon with numerous e-mail's attaching photo's, clearly showing the broken parts and made phone calls. It would appear that they are not at all interested and all appeals for a refund have failed. I would advise DO NOT BUY THIS WASHING LINE
