Worst product ..
Worst product .. i just tested when it received the product . post that after i have never used it .. couple of day before when i try to use it .. its was not working ... when i opened and saw looks like the during testing only .. Water went inside the top portion of the motor, in between the rubber bush which they have given for the wire to connect to the motor , where it was not supposed to go in .. i have not used the product for even a penny what i have paid .. Please dont but this product.. AEGON team please dont cheat customers like this.. since its an online product .. i dont know what to do and we can repair it as well ... Totally waste product.

This is madapam super quality best pressure I am so so happy agar aap water tank cleaning service ka kam karte ho to tabhi is motor ko kharidna Varna mat kharidna yah Jo motor hai sirf aur sirf pani nikaalne ka kam karti hai to aap le bhi sakte hain yah kam karne ke liye bahut hi aasan Tarika hai madapam jisse aadha kam aur time bhi Kam lagta Hai iska Jo pressure hai vah 1½ HP hai

No Warranty. Pump motor cannot be opened and fixed, Too light weight pump.
No Warranty, and too light weight, makes flot on the surface of water causing frequently on and off because flot switch. Also, motor of the pump is not openable, meaning if onces it stop working no electrician can ever open it fix it. Here No Warranty is biggest problem. The pump works fine for first few months only. Buy this product at your own risk as company doesn't reply ever, until you involve government authority and amazon grievances department.

“No Warranty, No Support – Completely Misleading Warranty Trap – No Help from Seller or Provider”
I am VERY disappointed with this purchase and the misleading warranty support associated with it. I bought this pump along with an extended warranty, especially because the product does NOT come with any manufacturer’s warranty. Shockingly, the pump stopped working from the very first day of use. When I reached out for support, neither Amazon, the seller, nor the extended warranty provider (Onsitego) offered any resolution. The seller clearly stated that the product does not carry a manufacturer warranty due to its nature, and therefore they cannot assist. Onsitego, on the other hand, claims that their coverage starts only from the 366th day, treating it as a standard extended warranty. This has left me in a completely unfair situation — a full year with zero warranty coverage, despite paying extra for protection. The extended warranty sold to me is effectively useless under these conditions and appears to be a classic “fine print” trap. Amazon should not promote or sell such protection plans for products that have no base manufacturer warranty, as it misleads customers into believing they are covered when they are not. I strongly request a Return Exception for the defective pump or a full refund for both the pump and the extended warranty. This experience has been frustrating and unacceptable.
