Got delivered with a defective/incomplete product.
Sadly... an incomplete product was recieved by us. When we unpacked and started assembling both the broom stick and dustpan stick... one segment was short / missing. Either broomstick can be assembled to full length or the dustpan stick... due to that missing link. Got soo much disappointed, as we were eagerly waiting for the experience of that moping system with the dust collector. Product quality was good, as expected, but is not at all usable. We contacted the customer care, and they said they will help us out.. but we have to wait for a certain amount of time. So, we are hopeful of getting it replaced.... as we trust Amazon soo much.... that they do more than what they say in satisfying their customers.

Pros 1. Grip of the handle Cons 1. The length of the stick is 3feet, which needs to lean more to wipe the dust. 2. The bottom of dustpan is not flat, so the dust can't be pushed into dustpan. 3. due to non flat surface the edge blades don't sit flat even after pressing, and only 70% of dust get inside after multiple sweep at the end still 30% would be on the floor which you need to sweep by other ways 4. The quality of plastic used in dustpan is not good 5. Totally not worth product and such products are advised to buy physically.

Lightweight, sturdy, fantastic design!! Highly recommend!!
I bought the set as a housekeeping aid. Assembly was very easy, the instructions are simple and clear. In under 5 minutes you're all set! I have a two year old grandson who spends a lot of time with me as well as 3 cats. I live in a very sandy area with all hardwood floors, so sweeping is constant. This set has been wonderful! Lightweight yet really gets the job done! Any pet hair or grass that it picks up are cleaned off hands free with the built-in teeth on the dust pan. Such a delight! I very highly recommend this set and would DEFINITELY buy another!!

Disseny bonic però pal massa curt i prim.
L'escombra i el recollidor són molt bonics i ocupen poc espai. Però trobo que el pal de l'escombra és una mica curt i prim que dificulta una mica l'acció d'escombrar.

Great broom,and dust pan
I love love, love my broom and dustpan, but they said about it is true. The handle length is a good length. It only takes a small amount of space in my utility room to store it. It’s about 5 feet high. The dust pan works great and it was a good broom and dustpan for what I paid for it.
