I bought this as a gift for my grandma who is always losing her keys and her phone. I wanted something simple and not blue tooth since she would not be able to figure it out. You can't get any simpler than this device. I ordered the remote that came with 4 tabs. Each tab has an on/off switch, so make sure you switch it on before attaching to your keys/phone. Each tab is numbered clearly 1-4 and has a hole in the corner for attaching to a key ring. The set up came with extra key rings and the hardware to mount the remote holder to the wall if you chose to do so. We have it sitting out on the counter.Once you have your 4 tabs attached to the items you don't want to lose, you can press the corresponding button on the remote and the tab will beep 4-5 times and stop. The beep is loud and clear, I told grandma to walk around the house with the remote if she doesn't hear it right away. We tested it out and we could hear it clearly if we were in the next room over, but it is harder to hear if it is tucked away or on the opposite side of the house.The only changes I would make to this product would be space on the remote itself to label each number so you know which number goes to which tab and I wish there was an easier way to attach the tabs to a phone or remote. We ended up taping a piece of paper to the remote labeling it 1-4 so we know which number goes to which object. And as for attaching the tab to my grandma's phone, we used a command strip. It feels pretty secure, but it does make it more bulky. I can't see it bothering her, but if you are used to putting your phone in your pocket then I could see this being a problem.

The product arrived quickly and well packaged. It is well-designed and attractive. However, the sound level emitted by the receivers are not quite as loud as I had hoped, and one of the receivers would not pair to the transmitter. The seller, however, was very quick to respond to my issue and offered to replace the purchase at no cost and with no need to return the original item. In our case, three working receivers were enough, so I did not take advantage of their offer. Based on the overall product performance and excellent customer service, I consider this product a good value and highly recommend the seller.

I went through a few of the receivers before I gave up and threw out the whole thing. they worked less than a week and I didn't need to find anything. So basically I put it on, it works, then a week later I try it again and doesn't work. Went through this process a few times. Garbage.

Feels cheaply made, zero instructions, and did not work, 1 receiver wouldn't work at all-even with a brand new Energizer battery. Also, you wouldn't here this beeping unless it was in the same room, returned and will not reorder.

Works for what it's intended - finding objects with a beep. Though it's worth noting that the power switch on them is somewhat fragile, with one of them breaking just by being kept in my pocket with my keys. The other 3 still work fine, though you'll want to replace the batteries soon after you get these (2032 cell batteries, extremely common, and I honestly use them more than AAA batteries)

Tone is too low. Everyone has to be quiet and listen. If it’s under a blanket then it’s almost impossible to find.

This key finder is not as loud as tile but works like charm and saves me time every morning.

Wow!!! What a life saver, wish I would have purchased this year's ago. I would have a lot less white hair than I do now....
