These are great value for money, especially as you're getting a spare set of pads thrown in too! You also get two spare screws as well which is a real bonus as I always manage to strip the head when I come to replace the pads. In use, the performance is better than most stock pads that come with the lower tier Shimano callipers. They're a doddle to install and set up, and the white shoes look very cool if you like to colour match components to your frame! They don't seem to wear down especially quickly either though I guess that will depend on your riding conditions. All in all I'd certainly purchase these again.

I wanted to upgrade my brakes on a carrera road bike, without spending a fortune. These are great value, especially with extra pads to use when worn. I replaced the original pads which I have had on there for a few years and were becoming worn and not great in the wet. These pads are a big improvement and easy to fit. Recommended.

Bought these blocks to replace supplied with new bike u know the one's that leave your rims in a mess haven't noticed a change in braking performance but they do leave less rubber residue on your rims good they were supplied with spare pads still a bit of rubber left on supplied ones after 500miles change new cartridge insert for new season early next year.
