Carafe got cracked and no possibility to buy just carafe. whole product is waste now.Dont buy, if you have to go buy from local store, at least you know person to fix it in case of any damage.

Good product but poor after sale services
I purchased Lifelong's product, a drip coffee maker in January 2023. It is an aesthetically designed, sleek coffee maker. It's convenient to use also. Moreover, it is available for almost half the price of similar products offered by big brands like Bajaj (Richard Murphy) and Philips. A few days back a long crack appeared in the borosilicate glass jar. It's perhaps because of my mistake. I switched on the machine without filling the water cabinet. I realised my mistake after a while. I noticed the crack. I contacted the company. It says that the jar is not covered by the warranty. It's sensible and I accept it. However, they do not sell the jar separately from the unit. They told me that I will have to buy the entire machine or search for a jar in the open market. I searched for a glass jar on Amazon and other marketing sites, but could not find any. This is not fair that I am asked to abandon the machine and buy a new one just for a jar that should not cost more than 200 bucks. A jar can break due to any reason, even by accident. It should be the responsibility of the company to sell the jar separately. I am hugely disappointed.

Terrible quality
Should rename the brand: 1weeklongThat’s how long the carafe lasted before breaking under hot coffee!!!And no way to buy the broken piece! We have to throw away the whole machine. What an ecological disaster!
