Found this really helpful for adjusting food portions. Thought it was a bit expensive but was the one I wanted.

It's a great idea and does what it needs to but I think £5 would be value for money. I couldn't find a viable alternative cheaper on Amazon which is a shame.

Great wee template,only criticisn is you cant see what food should be where !! If you look in the picture the different food portions are drawn in black,the one i received isnt,its just the same colour as the template so is very hard to see.

Rubbish item came through the door. Highly priced piece of plastic and now they are trying to charge me almost half the price to return this item. So literally I am being forced to keep this expensive piece of junk
