Easy to carry, taste like you'd expect. Gives a good boost 30 minutes before a parkrun.Gotta be honest though. It's a pig to open. I now take a small pair of scissors to cut open.

Amazing company - Buzz has a fabulous taste and texture, plus great customer service. Recent order was delayed due to postal strikes; Buzz sent an expedited duplicate shipment in order for me to receive it in time before two 1/2s that I was running that month. In addition, they very generously included a complimentary new product: a Buzz Power Energy Eco Pack with propolis, which was fantastic. My whole family loves this Buzz - our children use it prior to swim competitions for a little extra all natural boost.

Taste good and have no rubbish in, but set hard in the packet and impossible to use on the go. I've ended up using them at home, when I can cut the top off with a pair of scissors and squeeze the contents out at my leisure. No good for races or out and about.

Handy size for carrying in my pocket easy to open and drink

These are without a doubt the best energy sachets I have ever used. Great taste. No stomach issues like all the other gels out there. And great when mixed with water as a drink as well. Have them over my breakfast. In smoothies and straight when I’m out on the bike. Love them. Would give them 6 stars if I could.

I like the idea of it being natural gel with added electrolytes. Provides a good boost, however, while running it is very hard to swallow plus as it is pure honey it does get too sweet. Another thing noticed that unpleasantly gets “glued” around the mouth and in the throat. Maybe would suit more those who are cycling.

I bought this as a substitute for dextrose gel, and to be honest, I’ll go back to using dextrose gel.While the idea of these are great and commendable, they have what I find, is one inherent flaw.If you have these and it’s slightly cold, I mean even a mild morning, and you need to get a glucose boost, then this item won’t simply be a tear and squeeze as the contents inside go solid.On a winter day, they are even worse.If your looking for something to take quickly, and in a hurry, this product isn’t for you
