Stanley 217202 14-inch 350mm FatMax Tenon/Back Saw 13tpi

This saw cuts fast yet fine, with accuracy and control. If you need to cut all day long then by all means get a power saw, but for lighter work this is much better and cheaper. I even trimmed the end off a laminated kitchen worktop 600 deep x 38 thick with it and it only took a few minutes and looked like it had been cut with a table saw.

Sturdy and firm as expected from Stanley. Fine teeth for smooth finish, ( no ripping ) great product.

Great little saw just what I was looking for . The small teeth cut through the wood with the minimum of damage to the fibres producing a clean cut. The saw is slightly bulky for small use but the result makes this unimportant

Very impressed by this saw when I used it to cut some joints that needed to be very accurate. It has a good weight to it, cuts well and is easy to control.

If this is as good as my old one it will perform for years. My previous one fell about 6 metres onto a concrete surface and bent the blade, very clumsy!

This tennan saw is Good price and good quality. If it lasts as long as the Stanly it is replacing That will be another 40 years and it will see me out. This is a name I have relied on all my life. I have many Stanley products from a simple knife to garden a garden spade . Would recommend 👌 . .

Good value excellent saw

When doing general carpentry work this is a great companion to Stanley's miter box. Will cut through a number of materials such as plywood, plastic, wood, PVC, etc. If you are into fine cabinetmaking there are more expensive saws from high end manufacturers. This saw is your go to for fixing up the place. NOTE: The saw has to be broken in, right out of the box. The set is initially too large and has to be flattened a bit so it will not grab. After cutting through 3 or 4 2x4s it will start to cut much more smoothly. After that it becomes a better saw.
