Our local 99 Cents store's new policy has changed. As of June 2023, customers are no longer allowed to take their shopping carts outside. After payment at the cashier's, customers have to carry their own bags. When I had a hard time carrying my purchased drinking water in three trips from the store to the car, the next action was a purchase of this trolley bag at Amazon. This bag is big enough for my entire purchase, which I can easily separate into boxes that I have in the trunk of my car. Several of my fellow shoppers asked me yesterday, where I bought this big shopping bag.The reason I gave only 4 stars for the overall rating is that the smaller bag that is shown in the picture was missing in the shipment.. I am not sure whether it is part of the purchase or not.

The Craftsmanshipbis is made so cheap - l Material i inside( seen) isn’t durableIt began to split/tear. Zipper caught on it self and had to be broken to get in bag I could not use zipper or strap enclosure

This bag is very clever. The wheels fold in, and it zips up to become a tote, which makes it portable. However, there’s no handle, so you are bearing the weight of what’s in the bag, and no protection for the edge of the bag that tilts towards the pavement, so it is very easy to drag that along the street without knowing. This damage was from one use (about 10 city blocks). I am short with long arms, so to prevent this in the future I will have to tie the straps up to make sure it doesn’t happen again. I hope the bag holds for at least a little while longer.

I do love this bag. I have one minor complaint. The wheels are great most of the time, they’re pretty sturdy and go over rough pavement and up and down curbs pretty well but they don’t fully lock into position every time. Sometime one will tilt inwards slightly which makes it impossible to pull it. I have to stop in the middle of town, lift the bag, which is usually fully extended and heavy at this point and try and wedge it back outward again. Sometimes it works, sometimes I give up and sling it over my shoulder through embarrassment and just haul it home.Overall it’s great, many a time I’ve been too weak to carry my wares and wheeled it home which has really helped with my independence since I got sick so I wouldn’t give it up, I just wish the wheels were a little more reliable. I also wish the closure was a zip rather than a press stud. When it’s tilted over for rolling, it gapes open a bit.I thought it would be difficult to fold it back to a regular bag but it isn’t at all. At first I was concerned with getting it perfect before zipping but you don’t need to do that. Zip it first, then straighten the excess on the inside. Super fast and easy. I love the little folding shopper tote I got free with it too. I’ve used it a ton. I love that it fully zips closed. Perfect when it’s raining.

While I like the item, this one doesn't have a wheel cover like the others. Also the picture makes it look gray, but it's black. Sadly, in addition, it only came with ONE separate bag; it was supposed to have 2. Missing the smallest stripe bag. I'm keeping this but I think there needs to be better quality control.

I bought this because I live in a high rise, This bag is much bigger than expected. it's very durable. the material is weighty. I must say that making it smaller is hard. Due to the thick material and the zipper, it works fine once I use it for a while. the zipper is really weird I had to fight with it the first time. but I have the hang of it it's fine. And making it smaller or larger is a breeze. I actually put 6 bags of groceries in it. what a thrill not to have all the bags in an elevator I do recommend this bag.

Like this because I live on the 3rd floor and the elevator is not working. I needed to get up and down stairs. This product helps

Needs adjustable hard handles like a suitcase because holding the straps is flimsy . Way smaller than I thought but otherwise it’s decent

Small and not very sturdy.

Unfortunately this shopping bag is not what I expected. It is not very sturdy, and I feel that the wheels will come off under a heavier load. This is a replacement for my old shopping bag but I have to say that the old one was much better quality. So far it survived about 15 years of logging groceries, I don't think the new one will.

Convenient piece of equiment but rather fragile.Cannot take heavy loads inspite of its size.
