no. you don't feel any seam. they do fit a little snug though. I don't like socks on my feet, so they felt uncomfortable because they felt snug.

All the choices say mixed colors but the picture shows all white, are they available all white or do they come mixed?

What is the percentage of cotton in these socks?

I'm sorry that I don't have the original packaging in order to check, but they stretch quite a bit, so it must be some sort of spandex blend.

These socks are a "normal" thickness. They are not thick like an athletic sock.
