I have been taking this everyday after doing kickboxing for less then a week now and I habe already been noticing significantly less muscle soreness the next day. Normally before I found this product I needed time between classes to recover from the muscle soreness since I have several medical issues that make things worse when working out. Now I have been able to go everyday this week and am sore but can still function now with this product and go to work after class which requires me to be on my feet. I never used to be able to do that with other products so I will be continuing to use this and it also tastes great

Hands down the best BCAAs on the market! I challenge you to find something cleaner than this product. No fillers, dyes, or artificial sweeteners like other companies. I don't feel guilty drinking these during my workout, on no carb days, or late at night when I want something sweet. They taste amazing! Like jolly ranchers :P
