Zassenhaus 22 cm Quito Coffee and Espresso Mill Grinder, Silver

I now have used the coffee mill for over a year and really enjoy can't fault the product: well designed with wood, glass, stainless steel (only one removable part is in plastic) . Grinds very well and makes coffee time a joy.

Plastic housing for the glass container shattered after 3 months

Chose this grinder after careful research into various electric and hand options. Seems to be the perfect match for our Gaggia Classic espresso machine with fresh beans from the great selection available at Bollands of Chester. As good as the real Italian experience.

Much faster than the Hario and much quieter than my Rok grinder. Not as smooth or as quick as the Rok for 15g while kids still asleep does the job well. Will be perfect for hols.

This a nice product on the outside. The metallic grinder looks solid and sturdy. However, there is a caveat here, in that the part that screws the class container in place is plastic and glued to the metallic part. Once the plastic breaks it will crack in pieces in your coffee, your glass container will gradually loose grip when screwing and from there on its a matter of time your grinder becoming not usable because the plastic part will keep on cracking more and more with every time you screw the container.I would advise​ you the company to create a metallic screw or other product that doesn't break as easily and the fellow customers to seek other solutions for their 50+£.

Great quality, nice and sleek, easy to use, hopefully it'll last a long time! Just wish the instructions and that were in English as well and could register easily for a warranty

A very good-looking and comfortable-to-use grinder, when it was working. Judging from other comments, I deemed myself a lucky owner as my grinder lasted me a solide a year and a half. It was such a pleasure to use, especially the handle: by far the most comfortable. HOWEVER, the plastic threading was way too flimsy in comparison to other parts of the device. Please revise the material used.

We've tried many hand grinders. This is my favourite so far. However my wife finds it a little stiff to turn. Very well made ad looks good.
