I’m so happy I got this. My cat has been peeing on the bottom and top of my stairs and I’ve got a bissel spot cleaner but I could still smell it, ordered this stuff in desperation as my whole flat stank, and it’s actually worked! I sprayed the entire carpet area and left it overnight and it’s completely got rid of the smell. At first I thought it was just covering the scent off pee as the spray is a strong citrus smell, but by the next morning I couldn’t smell the pee or the citrus smell! I have such a high sense of smell, so I know it’s properly worked. Completely neutralised the odour and I’m so happy! Highly recommend for anyone that needs to get rid of nasty cat urine smells- any cat owners know how strong the scent is so it’s honestly amazing that this stuff worked. Didn’t take much to cover it and get rid of it, so the bottle will last a long time too.

This is amazing! We have just brought home our puppy, and living in a rented flat I was worried about the carpets getting dirty, but using this solution has seriously helped. Dog urine and any other stains are lifted instantly and leave a fresh citrus smell, which in turn also helps to keep the puppy from returning to that spot also. The bottle is also huge, and I recieved and email shortly after purchase informing me of the best way to use the product. I am extremely happy with the purchase and recommended to friends and family, great customer service and great product.

This is a great product. Having a rescue dog- with issues- means that I need a good carpet cleaner from time to time. This is the best carpet cleaner I have found so far and works on dried urine stains as well as fresh ones. I wasn't totally convinced the first time I used it, as I was trying to clean a place where I had previously used a different product. However, even this patch has faded over time. I would recommend this stain remover, as it also doesn't leave an artificial 'perfume' behind either. Highly recommended!

This product is good for stains but I have found that it doesn't get rid of the odour of dog urine. I also have a UV torch to help me find the spots of urine (for when he does a sneaky night pee) and it does seem to eliminate the bacteria as the spots no longer fluoresce under the light BUT the smell is still there!

It’s not often that I write a product review but this has worked so well I felt like I should with this product! Our cat very thoughtfully left two puddles on our week old carpet in our spare bedroom. I used two other cat urine removing products and cleaned the carpet with our carpet cleaner about 6 times but to no avail, the smell kept drifting back again. We keep the door closed now so missy can’t get in and repeat her earlier performance and, every time I opened the door, I would be hit with the smell of cat pee.So I decided to give this product a go, after only 1 application the smell had 99% gone, I honestly couldn’t believe it. I did one more go with it, just to be sure, and the room honestly smells fresh and free of cat wee!! I really does work so would highly recommend!

Firstly, I haven’t been paid or asked to leave this review. I’m always dubious about thousands of well worded positive reviews but oh.my.word they must be true.This product is a game changer - I’m the queen of exaggerating but trust me this stuff is magic.We have 4 cats, don’t ask me how, the wife can’t say no to pussy...cats. Whilst I was away one of them managed to miss the tray and wee over the top, soaking through the carpet, underlay and floorboards. It’d been there a few days as she has no sense of smell. I searched the internet and decided to give this a go! Within seconds and very little work the smell was gone and replaced by it’s gorgeous scent! I did a couple of applications to be safe, followed instructions and boom! Job done.I’ll be purchasing another bottle as this is a must have.I’ve attached a photo of the wee criminal!

This was recommended to me and the product itself is great however the packaging is awful.The spray which twists onto the bottle does not fit 100% so when you pick up the bottle it often splits open.So after spending £12.95 on a cleaning product I now have lost at least half of it when the bottle opens on its own … very disappointing. I’d like to return as a complaint but not sure how to go about it

I don 't usually write reviews but this product does do what it says it does - I have a beige carpets and unbeknown to me, a door came open upstairs and one of my dogs had been in and cocked his leg up leaving a couple of urine stains which I didn't catch straight away as they had dried. I sprayed this in the middle of each stain as I didn't want to saturate it too much and spread the stain further - I've been caught like that before. I left it slightly longer than it says on the instructions - 10 minutes and then used an old white towel to blot the stain. The stain started lifting out onto the towel. It is a slow process because it doesn't lift all the stain on the first spray so I've been spraying, blotting and spraying again but slowly the stain is getting lighter. I've just tried it on a really old stain on my landing carpet from when he was a puppy and it is starting to lift that also.

Il mio micio ha avuto, purtroppo due blocchi uretrali. È stato cateterizzato e, una volta a casa, purtroppo perdeva urina e sangue con un odore molto pungente (aveva un'infezione). Lo avevo isolato in una stanza per proteggerlo dagli altri gatti, ma, purtroppo, in quella stanza c'è un divanetto. Lui perdeva urina anche lì sopra, ovviamente.Quando gli hanno rimosso il catetere aveva ancora bruciore e mi ha fatto la pipì su abiti e divani, ogni tanto: non era colpa sua.Con questo prodotto è stato eccezionale l'effetto: non ha macchiato, ha rimosso sporco e odore in un passaggio o due. Incredibile. Lo consiglio perché è davvero un prodotto eccellente.DIFETTO: mi è stato mandato SENZA spruzzino. Per fortuna ne avevo uno io in casa di uno sgrassatore spray che si è adattato perfettamente e non ho dovuto chiedere il reso e una nuova spedizione.

Tutto sommato è il prodotto che sino ad oggi mi ha dato più soddisfazioni, tra tutti quelli provati per disgustare il divano ai gatti.Come detergente per rimuovere l'odore di urina è valido ma come dissuasore non funziona per niente.Ho un maschio intero che nel periodo dei calori delle gatte la molla un pò ovunque quando non ci sto attenta e con questo prodotto se non altro ho trovato tranquillità a livello di facilità di pulizia.Il profumo è terrificante, da fastidio agli umani e non ai gatti. Vorrebbe sapere di arancia ma, misto urina viene fuori un mix atroce quindi consiglio di sciacquare bene bene!
