Great product and a very competitive price, my old jointer I've had for about 35yrs so I can't complain but the makita has a plunge stroke that's so smooth and it's a lot quieter so no complaints 👍👍👌

Great piece of kit for helping to align and join wood. I needed it to help make a few table tops, it made it extremely easy to achive a flat top and strong join. High quality makita product as usual

I finally took the plunge and bought a quality biscuit jointer and I'm glad that I did. I've had budget models which weren't particularly accurate, one of which was downright dangerous (in my opinion). This one cuts cleanly and, more importantly, where you want it to cut. My only problem with it is the dust collection. It clogs up too quickly, although I have yet to try it with a vacuum extractor which may help. I have always told people "Buy cheap, buy twice" (in my case, 3 times!) and I think this is particularly true with tools, buy the best you can afford.

Light weight. Very simple to set up and use. 4mm blade thickness. Settings: 0 = 8mm depth 10 = 10mm depth 20 = 12.3mm depth S = 13mm depth 0 = 14.7mm depth Max = 20mm depth
