Doctor Who 8th Doctor Sonic Screwdriver

During the Movie in 1996, the 7th Doctor (Sylvester McCoy) used this for the first time to trap the master in a container. As the 7th Doctor was forced to land in San Francisco 30th December 1999 and then shot by gang members "Chung Lee". The 7th then regenerated in hospital into the 8th Doctor, the items that included the Sonic Screwdriver was stolen by a witness who saw him shot. So the 8th Doctor had to stop the Master from taking his 5 remaining incarnations before bringing the world to an end before the 21st century. As the Master got sucked into the Eye of Harmony in the TARDIS, Doctor has landed in San Francisco on midnight 1st January 2000. Chung Lee returned his items including the Sonic Screwdriver, so the Doctor repaid him with $1,000,000,000 worth of gold dust. Then Chung Lee was never seen again.In 2013 a prequel of "The Day of the Doctor", the 8th Doctor returned to save a girl called Cass during the Time War because the ship she was on is colliding to a planet, he used the sonic screwdriver to open the doors in the corridors. As Cass knew that the Doctor is a Time Lord, Cass then refused to be rescued by the Doctor as the Time War is based on Time Lords vs The Daleks. So as the ship crashed, the Doctor regenerated into the War Doctor (John Hurt) and the Sonic Screwdriver was altered into a weapon.Would recommend to fans and collectors

amazing, this is one of the sonic screwdrivers I've never owned before, buying this has also brought be one step closer to completing my sonic screwdriver collection. i now have one more sonic to collect then i have all of the sonic screwdrivers. YAY

Cheap quality

great as a display piece. the sound fx are wrong though, and the round bit at the top is made from soft rubber-like plastic which is very weird and stupid, also the paint job on this section wears off easily. the button and the battery compartment take away from the looks a abit, but both are on the same side so i display that side to the back. overall, i would recommend it for collectors, kids, and cosplayers.

I love my 8th Doctor sonic. I keep it with a modest collection in a copper basket on my table. It arrived on time with many thanks.

No problems with delivery, it came earlier than I thought it would. The sonic itself is just what I expected, and the only problem I have is the rubber top, it's just a strange choice.

Perfect toy for doctor who fans

pure s***, yes it looks like the sonic in the movie nd has the right sounds, but it is a crappy stick it looks plasticy, it feels plasticy it has a big ugly battery compartment. The red thing looks like plastic nd the paint job was crap. When i got it, it had scratches all over it. DO NOT BUY IT!!!
