GREAT STUFF
We have been using the B12 as this is our second bottle of B12 as it does help if you have Fibromyalgia and issues sleeping as I have obstructive sleep patterns so with taking these it does help me and my wife. Everyone is different when taking vitamins, but it doesn't hurt keeping your vitamins up. I bought the BCAA+ B6 as it helps with my weight training and since 22 January 2018 I have lost 17 stone in weight due to the Extreme Training and the Vitamins I got of Amazon helped a great deal. If you want to lose weight do it for yourself get healthy and stop eat junk food, alcohol, cigs then you can have a good body, your healthy, and your not a burden for the National Health Service. Get your life into Order what you need is all here on Amazon. Always check everything with your G.P Or Hospital Consultant your under. Recommended for Fatigue
After having suffered daily fatigue for so long and iron tablets not working, I bought these in hope they might help me. After a couple of weeks I noticed a huge difference, I wasn't flaking out around 2 o'clock anymore, I had a lot more energy, and the pain in my arms and legs stopped. I wish my doctor had thought about B12 but it's all about the iron with that surgery, they seem obsessed with it!If you are suffering from fatigue and other pills and potions have done diddly squat then I thoroughly recommend trying these, they taste nice too :-).

Second time purchase
Arrived swiftly. We've bought these before and so were confident about what we were getting. We all like the flavour and have definitely felt the benefit in taking them daily. Mum's appetite has improved and she's not as tired as she was. We'll continue purchasing in the future.

Not What it Seems
I purchased this Vitamin B12 to replace my other one because this one was cheaper. When you look at the ingredients it contains bulking agent. Also, I have not found it as good as my previous one which does not have any bulking agent so I am going back to the more expensive product.

Less than 1/2 the Vitamin B12 of supermarket multi-vitamins!
Bought this to boost Vitamin B12 levels but was shocked to see it only contained 40% of the recommended daily amount.Most supermarket Multi-vitamins contain 100% of the daily amount so felt this product was a bit of a let down. Especially since it was 4 times the price of the supermarket vitamins.Wont be buying again!
