Not suitable for vertical sided pans with large fixing holes
Bought to fit an IBath back to the wall toilet pan. From the outset I was dubious that it would that it would work for the vertical sided pan we had, but IBath claimed it worked for all their pans. There is no sleeve to protect the porcelain from contact with the screw, so I improvised with the non expanding part of the wall plugs provided. The approximately 13mm hole in the pan was way too big for the head of the No8 screws provided, pulling the cap collar below the surface, with no forces exerted on the pan, so it wobbled. I resorted to my original plan of two hardwood blocks screwed to the floor and used two No12 screws to get a secure fixing through the side of the pan. I may stick the chrome caps on with a dollop of silicone. Altogether not suitable for vertical sided toilet pans.
