I was diagnosed with Insomnia at 15 years old. After 16 years of daily, high THC marijuana use to help my sleep I decided to quit as I wanted to live my life without this crutch. I love that the tea is organic, loose, and has tea bags that don’t contain plastic. I also like the combination of herbs. I do need to add a touch of honey since there really isn’t a strong taste, but I’m drinking it for its calming qualities, not necessarily for taste.

I enjoy the taste more than the smell, but on the very first night I had it, about two hours later, I couldn't keep my eyes open even when I had the TV on, and I slept thoroughly the entire night without waking up once. Surprised me tbh bc i'm a toss and turn sleeper and it takes forever to fall asleep. probably by best tea in my rotation fr. works really well! worth the $.
