Needed the CCTV system for my small shop and so glad i went for that make after searching for some time, great price, installation was very straightforward only problem i had was drilling holes in the concrete wall needed a powerful SDS Drill Machine, once everything was up and connected i turned it on and bang it start to record straightway, quality is excellent even on low light in my shop and playing was fantastic where i can select individual cameras or 2 at a time, using the mouse to navigate is great as i did not needed the remote controlat all, its about 4 months since i did the installation and so far i had no major problem at all and I've been using this non stop connected to my 40 inch HDTV which i bought separately, the best thing for me is once the hard drive is full it starts to loop recording without erasing the hard drive completely which is perfect for me cos i need to keep on checking things happened on previous days so there is no need for me to back up anything on separate hard drive a function i did not bother to try, another function i did not try is connecting to internet to try out remote viewing which i don't necessarily needed.Overall i would say its a great CCTV system, recording and playing quality is great, ideal for small shops as i got the 8 camera system now it covers every part of my shop, camera itself are made of very high quality, you can select to watch all 8 cameras same time or 4 after 4 or you can leave it on 1 camera, i have set up each camera with different settings as some of them are in very dark corner also you can zoom into a specific spot using mouse. Service and response from the seller was very good. I would definitely recommend this system and the seller.

This is a great system for keeping an eye on the house.Pictures are very clear and even the night view is good, we have the system plugged into two small (14”) with the split screen view.Can now see all around the house and front and rear gardens, we live in a very rural location and security can be a bit of an issue but these cameras have given us piece of mind and can see who is arriving AND keep an eye on the dogs when they are out in the garden (they like to dig?)Storage is excellent and the App allows you to have a look even when your away from your home.Really pleased with the whole system.

Wanted to see who was at the door on these dark nights, had an old b/w system and decided to upgrade to a colour one. Decided to go for the 8 camera system so I could cover the garden as well. Biggest problem was sorting out the wire runs, but the results were well worth the effort, brilliant picture and wonderful night vision picture, and easy to ply back on HD, very impressed! Sadly after 7 days the control unit failed, but this was quickly replaced, and the email help was excellent. Its a substantial bit of kit, let down a bit by the mouse, and the instructions took me a while to get my head round, but very happy with the end result.Hint, by a cheap wireless mouse, a lot easier if the unit is the other side of the room, like mine!UPDATE September 2017. The system has run well since I installed it, using 5 camera's. Recently decided to add the 3 remaining camera, but was unable to get a picture. Contacted Sannce again and they were most helpful and soon sorted the problem out, really excellent service.

This is a great product but what has let this particular purchase down for me (hence the 1 star) is a faulty Camera that Amazon refused to replace if I didn't send back the WHOLE KIT - which I'd spent 2 days installing! Spent 25 mins on the phone and was told by the CS Rep (she had to keep going offline and speak to a superior) that she couldn't refund or replace (unless I sent all of it back) but she would give me a £20 "promotional credit". I found a 900TVL Sannce Camera (the ones in the kit are allegedly 1000TVL) on Amazon for £19.95 so ordered it and it came the next day. I checked my account and the £20 hadn't been applied so I ended up having to contact them again. I had the usual "Please accept my sincere apology for this inconvenience" and "If we could be of further assistance, please let us know and we will assist." so I went back and said you haven't done anything over and above what you legally have to and also questioned their policy on multi item package whoever they have said that's it, nothing they can further.... I spend around £200 a month with Amazon using Prime and it's normally pretty slick so this experience has left a pretty bad taste. My advise is buy this CCTV yes! But don't buy it via Amazon! Hopefully nothing else will fail with the kit.

Budget CCTV camera set.......over time the cameras deteriorate and develop faults......I think the UV light from sun also deteriorates the lens and you start getting blurred vision. Hard drive also packed up after a couple of year........this is not a life time product unfortunately

Had a fault on a camera contacted amazon who got in touch with Amber from the manufacturerswithin 7 days the new camera arrive excellent customer service

I was expecting a bit more for the price I paid, I felt it really dificult to install and set it up. the quality it’s not bad, but the night vision could be a lot improved.

I bought this external cctv camera system and dvr [SANNCE 8CH CCTV Camera System with 1TB HDD] four years ago last month. It has been a superb system doing everything I have asked of it but, [probably due to operator error and changing my broadband supplier], I experienced some problems so contacted annke support. Despite having to work from home due to the coronavirus [covid 19], they have supported me with numerous emails, so I am now back up and running. Their products are so good I even have three internal cameras.Thank you Annke for great products and fantastic support you are brilliant. Robin Ward
