Vitrex VIT103417 110mm Diamond Glass Blade

Used to cut 8mm glass mosaic tiles (25mm square on 300x 300 mm mesh backing). Anyone who has tried this on a conventional tile saw table will know the issues of the mesh backing not providing enough rigidity to allow perfectly straight and even cuts even with plastic mosaic backing sheet applied.I actually used these discs on my cordless angle grinder using a piece of 6mm steel sheet as a straight edge cutting guide clamped on top of the mosaic sheet to provide rigidity (just clamped to a workmate).A constant trickle of water and hey presto - perfect straight cuts with no chipping at all. Even 6 mm slivers were perfect.Amazed at how well these work

Does exactly what it advertises. Not used it enough to see if it is value for money with longevity, but for now I’m happy.

Bought this to try in a Wickes wet tile saw. Fitted the machine well and cuts glass quickly and smoothly. The benefit over the original blade supplied with the machine is a much reduced kerf, so not so much wastage.

great disc, used it so far to cut floor tiles and even slate with a high iron content that a drill bit wouldn't get through. all without losing its edge even with the thin kerf.

Used this for 10mm ceramic tiles, made a huge difference to the standard blade , didn't chip the tiles, cut them very smoothly.

I got a very clean cut when using this wheel on a wet cutter. I was cutting some glass mosaic tiles that we’re proving problematic for other cutting discs but got a lovely clean cut with this blade.

Absolument parfait. Couper à vitesse lente et en lubrifiant au pétrole ou térébenthine en suivant un rail de guidage. Couper d'abord la feuille de tain sur l'envers puis le verre sur l'endroit sur une pièce de bois dur martyr. Je recommande.

Venduto come articolo che taglia il vetro: lo frantuma. non adatto al vetro e le diamantatura (fasulla) va via dopo 3 utilizzi. Articolo da evitare.

Achat excellent 👍🏻Pour rectifier une coupe de verre après erreur de mesurage. Astuce important rajoutez du ruban de masquage sur la ligne de découpe et évite les éclats.

Pratique pour rectifier de mauvaises découpes mais ne donne pas la qualité d'une coupe au diamant.Reste très intéressant dans certains cas bien particuliers. Utile et intéressant à posséder
