Love this stuff!
Day 9 and I’ve lost 9lb already. I have really bad IBS and most meal replacements (or in fact food in general) flare it up. This however has been brilliant. I’ve had no bloating or cramps and I feel great. It’s pretty tasty, filling and once you’ve got past the first few days of detox it’s easy to do. I can’t recommend enough. I’ve found vanilla the best option as you can add to it with flavourings, it’s really nice blitzed up with ice and coffee, tastes just like a frappe from well known high street coffee shop chains and such.

Outrageously Sweet !!!!!!
A negative review is something I rarely take part in but, i must express one major con with this product !! It is SOOO SWEET !!!! Now, please understand I have a very sweet tooth and always add some honey to my smoothies but this product is simply outrageous! Sweet is an understatement!The product arrived next day - Great !The packaging is good - great ! Although it’s a plastic tub so extremely bad for the environment. Other types of packaging could be used.The taste would great too IF, it didn’t taste like I was swallowing four headed tablespoons of sugar !!The product is unusable - nothing can be done to lesson the amount of sugar that is in this product. A waste of money and I now have to waste the product and the plastic packaging. This tub will NOT be consumed,And again, I like seriously sweet things !Please re think the sugar content.I’m sorry for the poor review but this is a honest review based on my experience with the product.

So far so good.
I've been using this meal replacement for two weeks now and so far I'm impressed with it. I used to find myself buying unnecessarily fatty/calorific food at work as choice is fairly limited when it comes to striking a balance between value and preparation time.I've found that having one slender blend in the morning and one for lunch is adequate to sustain me throughout the day until tea time in the evening. I feel a lot better in myself as I don't feel as bloated or lethargic as I would do having eaten a pre-packed sandwich or a pasta pot. It's also great for if you're feeling stressed or anxious about something as you can still fill yourself up and concentrate without having to force eat something.The flavours are very sweet but they're also very tasty so it really comes down to whether you're okay with highly sweet things. If you're not into that then I might suggest looking at a different product.So far I definitely feel like I've started to lose weight and I'm also saving a lot of time on money on buying or preparing my lunches.I'd highly recommend this product for the price.

Don't buy, it's disgusting!
In some respects this product does help you lose weight, only after one attempt at this I felt sick and was put off food. This is 20 pound and it taste terrible. I have tried two different varieties of slim fast chocolate flavours, and a other chocolate replacement shakes and none of them tasted like this. I actually gave it away. It was a fake, over the top, sickly sweet taste and at no point did I believe this was chocolate flavoured and that I could finish it. I attempted the drink again the next day, only this time with milk and it was a little bit easier, but it was still awful and again threw it away. Would not recommend.

Disappointed second time round
I never write reviews but I was so disappointed with this product after buying it previously I had to.The taste is AWFUL!I bought this product previously and it tasted wonderful, chocolatey, with a hint of mint...just like an Aero! Everyone loved it! When mixing it with milk it was not grainy and it was smooth and thick. I proper milkshake texture.This time round I have bought the same product and it is watery, bland and so grainy. It is really quite awful.VERY VERY DISSATISFIED.

Too sweet
It was so sweet its almost like drinking caramel .. not the flavour the actual caramel.If it has no sugar and no artificial ingredients why is it so horribly sweet ?

Very sweet tasting
I can’t comment on whether it is effective yet for weight loss as I’ve only been using it a couple of days but for anyone contemplating buying it and worried about the taste here are my thoughts - the taste is super sweet, tastes like a milkshake. Super easy to drink no vile aftertaste etc. But if you are like my husband and haven’t got a sweet tooth this is not for you as it’s sickly sweet which I love but it’s not for everyone.

Sweet but works for me!
I’ve bought this for years on & off but have decided to start using as a meal supplement to loose some lockdown weight. I take with water after my run in the morning then with almond milk for my lunch. As others have mentioned when mixed with almond milk it is very sweet but that can depend on the brand of milk & I find blending with a spoonful of coffee balances it out anyway! When I use only water I don’t find it too sweet, just like melted ice cream! I definitely see a difference as the muscle looks more lean than before I was using it. Can’t comment on weight loss as only started this week but very filling so hoping it will work!
