I received this Liposomal Active B-Complex a week ago. A doctor recommended this type of vitamins to address my lack of energy and my tendency to get tired quickly and to get sleepy. After seven days of three gells daily I feel a real, significant difference in my tonus and personal disposition. I have somehow a sense of clear mindedness and that it is simpler, more straightforward to understand my work plans and to complete them. The list is very long and I don't know if a review has a limit on the text allowed. Great Liposomal Vitamin B. Liposomal is so much better as more of the vitamin gets to you! As a senior lady it is one of my regular supplements I take daily. Very easy to swallow too.

I am a person who cannot ingest multivitamins very well because most of them upset my stomach or cause those awful vitamin burps. This usually happens because of the B complex formula in these vitamins having a very strong taste and causing you to burp up that taste. I have tried some very popular and highly recommended vitamins including Thorne. I actually use about seven different supplements from Thorne which are wonderful but I have to find a different company for the actual multivitamin B complex and this is where I discovered Core Med Science. I have been taking this multivitamin B complex of theirs for about six or seven years now. It is a liposomal vitamin and dissolves much further down in the digestive tract. There is absolutely no taste when you swallow it and there's never ever any vitamin taste even if you burp. It is almost magical compared to other vitamins. I also take their vitamin C which is also a liposomal formulation and I can't recommend it highly enough. This is such a good product. Unfortunately I can only find it directly from the company or on Amazon and it's very important to order it during the cold weather months because it does not do well when it is shipped during the summer as the softgels tend to get hot during shipping and melt together. So just be sure you do not order it during the hot summer months.. I tried to order enough in November or December to last me for one year.

It was recommended by a naturopathic that I address the general lack of vitamins and minerals in my vegetarian diet, chronic GI issues and yet very active life style. Additionally, there was a concern of a Zn deficiency and possible EBV infection. I purchased this product based on reviews and have almost completed 30 days of use at 3 capsules daily (AM). Thus far, the only negative seems to be the slight aftertaste of the capsules. I remedied this by taking the capsules after the first few bites of breakfast, waiting a few minutes, then finishing the meal. I now take the remainder of my medications after my meal. Overall, this seems to be a good product but my final review will be after a 3 month trial.

actually its genetic and I do not absorb nutrients very well, b's, c's, d's ...etc. because I learned that my liver just rejects certain things and my stomach lining is sensitive. This stuff - the bomb! I can absorb and take care of my body. all of my nutrients are liposomal.

This product has given me my life back. I ran blood work and I was b2 deficient. For a few months I have lost all energy, it tanked. Which in turn made me moodier. Well since less than 2 weeks of just consuming one pill a day I am already buzzing around again w energy. Other things I noticed is that my skin is less dry and I’m sleeping better. I've purchased this B-Complex 3 times now, and for good reason. I actually sleep better and feel calmer and more focused during the day.
