My Koi absolutely love this food, they've thrived on it & are the picture of health. It's of really good quality & most definitely their favourite. My Koi were given a small tub of a very well known expensive brand of feed as a gift so I mixed in a little of this with it in a feed scoop. They actually avoided the other food yet demolished their own. And Pet preference wins every time. The food doesn't have any detrimental effect on the pond water quality & I never have to scoop any back out as it gets 'hoovered up' every time. Recently there was an issue on the manufacturing line at Starmers which held up the delivery by a couple of days. The business owner & staff worked extra throughout the weekend to ensure that supply was maintained & customers got their orders. The communication from the business was brilliant. Their dedication to their customers is second to none, which in this day & age sadly, that is a rare thing. I have & do thoroughly recommend this feed to anyone who has a pond, your fish will love you for it & so will your pocket.

It top of the range stuff but for a few koi that you aren’t bothered about having the best colour etc it’s fine although only the big koi would take it. The small pond wouldn’t touch it with the smaller koi and goldfish in! If they did eat some they’d spit it out!

For the price I feel these pellets are excellent value for money. I’ve been feeding these for the past few years to my koi that are kept in a natural clay lined pond. The fish look fab and have been breeding like crazy. They have just come through another winter as fat as they went in, very pleased. I will certainly continue to buy.

My fish don't seem keen on this at all, some just swim past it, some take it in but spit it out, even some of my greedier fish don't seem keen on it. My fish come over to the side of the pond when I appear because they know it's feeding time usually, when I chuck this stuff in they start swimming the other way. Maybe it's just because it's something new I'm trying but at the moment the only way it looks like I'm going to get rid of 10Kg of this stuff is if I eat it myself. There may be hope though as another review I read said fish weren't keen but all are eating it now, I guess we'll see.
