Frankincense & Rose Face Cream – Deeply Hydrating Natural Moisturiser for Dry & Mature Skin – With Essential Oils – 60ml - Amphora Aromatics

This Frankincense & Rose Face Cream has such a beautiful texture. Light, lotion like, and not heavy or greasy. The scent is absolutely gorgeous with a fresh, natural rose fragrance that doesn’t smell synthetic at all. I can pick up more geranium than frankincense, which is a relief because the frankincense note almost put me off at first. My beauty therapist always praises its benefits, so I gave it a try, and I’m glad I did. It softens and moisturises deeply, leaving my winter dull skin perfectly hydrated. After using it consistently twice a day, my fine lines look less noticeable, and my complexion appears less blotchy and more even. It absorbs quickly and doesn’t transfer onto the pillow, which is a big plus for nighttime use. Overall, it smells amazing, feels luxurious, and delivers visible results. A lovely moisturiser for dry or mature skin. For the quality of ingredients and the results I've seen, I'd say this is brilliant value for money.

First thing you notice upon opening the tub is the smell of roses and geraniums, but it’s not as overpowering as some reviews suggest. The cream is quite rich in texture so only a small amount is needed making it extremely good value for money. I find the cream sinks into the skin fairly quickly (2-3 minutes max) and doesn’t leave a greasy film on top, and I love how it makes my skin feel. Although it says to avoid eyes, I do use the tiniest amount around the eye area making sure it doesn’t come into contact with my actual eyes themselves. I have only been using this for a short time, but I have already received compliments on how my skin looks and feels. As someone with very sensitive skin, I was concerned it might irritate me, but that hasn’t been the case. If you’re wondering if this could be for you, don’t hesitate to try it. Just a short update. I stupidly forgot to apply suncream to my face and it burned quite badly. I used this cream as usual (morning and night). Burnt on Thursday, healed by Saturday as if it never happened. Magic!

This is fabulous. Easily absorbed and works well on my fairly sensitive older skin. Smells lovely too.

Very absorbed and leaves my skin feeling soft and fresh, but I hate the smell. It disappears after awhile.

I love this! I actually prefer it to the L’Oréal equivalent. It’s a much lighter consistency, so if you’re looking for a thicker cream then it’s not for you. It smells gorgeous, and doesn’t leave your face feeling clogged. I used it as night cream also (I’m 56) , did a half and half face with the L’Oréal, although not a huge difference, I did prefer the look of the side this was on. Pleasantly surprised, hope it’s 100% true it’s not tested on animals, and if correct, I’m definitely buying again!

Lovely moisturiser. Smells amazing, goes on beautifully and feels really nourishing. I have oily skin so use it as a night cream or mask. A little goes a long way so it will last well. The fragrance of rose and frankincense is a mood booster. Very happy with how it makes my 50 something skin look and feel. Will definitely look for more Amphora Aromatics products.

Das Produkt an sich ist von gewohnt guter Qualität nur verpackt ist es leider nicht so gut. Die Döschen kamen bei mir beide so an, dass die Creme schon rauslief. Finde ich schade!
