You keep both yellow straps on one side of the door, and close the door with the black stopped on the top on the other side. You then put your foot into the large loop whilst pulling with the small loop into full stretch. The harness itself is not uncomfortable but its not actually comfortable either. Its a scratchy cord like material. The yellow colour is very vibrant though, and is a great accessory for any budding gymnast. Its certainly helped me extend my box split range. The price is very reasonable for what it is, and it comes in a black drawstring bag to keep it secure. I would reccomend this definitely.

It was really good when I was stretching however when I was using it for the second time, the belt came out of the buckle and I was unable to get it through easily. It is through now but not how it was before so I have to be careful when using it. To say that it was only the second time I was using it, I was very disappointed. Apart from that, it is a good product, you just have to be careful when using it.

This product is easy to put together and use. I am using this to improve flexibility in my legs and this will definitely make a big difference.

Arrived early and great product for what I need, this strap is very helpful for getting my body lines correct so I don’t end up putting any strain on old injuries, quite soft on your skin and easy to use on any doors in the house. Also very sturdy, I don’t think I’ll need to buy another at any point :)

The item is good and of decent quality however it arrived very late. it also has no instructions.

I was so excited when this arrived I had to try it straight away!! and I wasn't disappointed I have been unable to attend ballet classes during lockdown and this stretcher will really help me stay in shape and keep my flexibility.

It was strong but it wasn’t strong enough. I got it for my daughter’s birthday but when she used it after a while you could clearly see stretch marks all over the rope. It does work but the buckle will easily fall apart if it is widened in the wrong way. Putting it back together will take some time as it has a metal border which is tightly attached to the buckle.

Good quality, it doesn’t hurt but help in stretching out your hamstrings for kicks, gymnastics etc definitely recommend it’s affordable
