this is a great way to lock your bike, very secure, and a good way to attach this piece of kit to your bike frame, its a must for any enthusiast.

High quality but dont use these as your primary lock... I think it says so on the package. Motorbike chains are best as primary lock.

This is a no-nonsense bike lock which in my view is especially useful and handy because of its compact size. The 15mm thick cable is thicker and more difficult to cut through than most cable locks and its 65cm length (which is roughly 2ft), it's long enough to lock the bike frame to most things. (The illustration is misleading as it appears to be a photo of the Kryptoflex cable that comes in the longer, coiled length.)

Fantastic easy to use lock, sits nice and flush on my bike and is really useful for quickly locking the front end of the bike to cycle parks for a short time. For additional long term safety I'd recommend buying a extension cable so you can get the rear wheel in or buying a longer version of this product.

For a bike Lock its to big. And it only has a3 security rateing out of 10 but the size of the Lock looks like a 7 out of 10 and the wire could be more thiner and Longer. Far to big for a cycle more like a motorbike lock

Purchased in December and already broken. The lock cover stuck open and then the key failed to turn. I would look elsewhere if you are looking for a reliable lock.

lock is not same as picture it is smaller it was intended for frame and wheel but because of size i intend to use just to lock both of our bikes wheels up with it seller needs to update picture as misleading im not putting my faith in this lock it only has a 3/10 rating on it invest your money on a good d lock and cable lock instead onguard pitbull is my main lock now

First, the keys were really stiff in the lock initially so I rubbed some Crankalicious Scence Friction chain oil on the keys and put a tiny drop in the lock and now the keys are silky smooth. Second, I had to use my smallest files to make the tiny hole in the key big enough to fit on my key ring. Apart from that the Kryptonite 1565 cable lock is fabulous and does exactly what I wanted.
