I like Zyxel, and their AP's are excellent.

This access point is ok for the price. But...1. WiFi 6E has VERY limited range. If you're trying to receive signal through a wall...good luck.2. No reset button. ?????3. Online setup (Nebula) not as user friendly as say...Netgear. (IMHO)4. I wanted WiFi 6E capable AP for my IPTV. Jury is still out on if this is any better than 5ghz. (Fire stick 4k Max Latest gen)

This wireless access point does not come with a 12v power supply. Apparently Zyxel wants to sell you that separately for $42.

Zyxel gives great features and cloud management for the money. Most people will have all they need for home or small business without having to further $ubscribe. Case in point, you can run separated guest networks via a quick check-box setting as opposed to having to go through VLAN setup. BUT! I got these to replace an original Deco M5 3-unit mesh system. One of the OG mesh systems that is over 7 years old. The signal handling, apparent strength on devices and range were better on the old cheap Deco M5! Very disappointing given how much you pay for these units in comparison to a cheap consumer TP-link offering. When in the room, these NWA220ax-6e's can do much faster than older wifi devices. But often going to other rooms in range of the next WAP the handover is not seamless and you will get a temporary loss of connection. This has resulted in dropped calls and apps crashing. Never happened under the old setup. I also have not found a way to balance the clients between the 3. There are clients that are in reach another WAP, but will consistently connect to one further away. I will probably stick with the system as i use some of the advanced features and hold out hope for a firmware or a settings fix, but for the cost i cannot recommend.

This device works great, but the web-base config UI is not as good as other, better known brands. It would be a 5-star review, but I must take one star off because of the bad software. I'm very happy that there wasn't a power supply in the box because I am using PoE and it would be wasteful to include a power adaptor that I'm not going to use. Also, now that it's configured, I won't have to interact with the software any more!

this works perfectly for a few days, then drops everything on the network, sometimes if I connect to the other radio it works, but breaks soon after again. but I'm always "connected" to the wifi. so this must be an issue with the ethernet/POE connection. it's quite the disappointment.

Can't speak on the cloud management, not really my style. Standalone mode works great! The initial wizard is a little buggy and doesn't seem to save until you do it again. Besides that it's been rock solid with some really cool features! Amazing speeds and object penetration is pretty solid even for 6ghz. Very happy and would definitely recommend if you're looking into 6GHz wifi!! *~25% smaller than other zyxel APs I've seen around, good option for a home
