Can you stamp on a plastic surface?

The stamp would rub off on a plastic surface.

How do you reink this stamp?

The stamp is self-inking, but when the ink runs low, the ink pad comes out in a little tray on the opposite side of the stamp - adding a few drops of ink (which you can buy separately) does the trick!

How do you refill this?

There's a little ink pad that slides out. Not sure if you can replace it but you can buy liquid ink to add to the ink pad.
