Have been using 2 scoops a days and fairly intense workouts, 4-5 days a week, recovery has generally been good. Have used it for a month now, prior to which I was using avatar Isorich, when when I compare , nakpro isolate is equally good as far as taste and quality goes for a cheaper price. Only disappointing aspect is the packing, hope the company sells it in a jag soon
