Both men and women check the Superga website. Not mainly for women as some have suggested how many women do you know with size 14.5 feet

It said free delivery and free returns why have i been charged delivery?

Will they stretch once worn? I’ve ordered a size 5 and size 5.5. I’m torn between which size to keep. 5.5 feel too big, but size 5 is a bit snug.

As the outer material is canvas, these shoes are unlikely to stretch. However, they should become more comfortable with wear as your feet gets used to them. Hope this helps.

How flexible are the soles? Do they bend in half lengthwise and kinda roll up widthwise?

No they are quite stiff soled compared to normal running trainers, I think if you tried that you might spilt the sole. They would definitely not roll up widthwise and at best you could bend them in half some way, but not fully over, without damaging them.
