These are a present for Christmas for someone, so durability has not been rated as I’m not the receiver. However, when they arrived, they were in a classy box, so presentation is great. Thet are small but the perfect size for the coffee made with the machine for which they have been bought. The spoons complete the set. Good value, good price & good presentation. Arrived quickly too... would definitely recommend this company.

These glasses by Andrew James are of a high quality,the spoons are also well made,not cheap tin like we got with a different outlet online.the only downside was that we never checked the amount of fluid they hold 240oz when we need 320oz which was a fault by us and not Andrew James. Hopefully we should be able to get other size that we need. It did state the fluid size on the ordering page just we didn't realise. Hopefully we will get it right next time.

Ordered the Design Latte Glass Set for my daughter as a birthday gift. Prompt delivery, but alas one of the glasses was shattered. The curious thing was that the rather impressive dispaly box showed no sign of impact damage? The outer transit box on the other hand did have a small impact witness mark. Suggests a Royal Mail mishap? Contact with supplier lead to a replacement glass being despatched post haste. All's well that end's well.

Very well presented, didn’t give 5 stars because the cups were very dusty. Well worth the money.

These coffee glasses and spoons make very good presents, the only thing that I wasn't very happy about is, when I ordered two sets for Christmas presents, I didn't get a reduction on the postage and this would've been a nice gesture.

Smaller than expected but still really nice. The only problem is that spoons are changing color after few washes now they are covered in dark spots. But otherwise it a good item.

The cup are a great size and feel strong and durable. Have not yet tried out the spoons.

The mugs come in a very nice presentation box and look quite smart. The only drawback wasthe size although it was probably mentioned in the product details. They are lovely mugs but notnot very large, shorter than I expected. A nice gift idea nonetheless.
