I love the color, the handles ( not curved & painful), larger wheels (don’t feel like I’m on the floor) but most of all .. it is butt friendly!I’m short with a wide load & I can park it in this chair comfortably! Dislike.. the back support is not as pictured.. the padding is half the thickness & stiff but because of the butt fit.. I’ll tolerate the back until I have the reupholster make me a larger softer one some how!

I love the sturdiness of this rollator, but we had to tape the brake wires. My dad was always getting caught on the door handles 🙄 a little dangerous for him.

I purchased this product on April 2024, and today July 21, 2024, while sitting on it, the leg bent and collapsed, causing me to fall to the ground and I did sustain injuries (Photos of metal failure attached). A closer examination of the tubing used to make the leg appears to be very thin metal, which is very odd given this item is rated up to 400 lbs. I tried to research whether it is still under warranty, or where I can find a replacement part, but cannot find anything. I would never waste money on purchasing another unit again, and do not recommend it to others. Very dissatisfied!

Took long to ship. But overall very nice, easy to put together. Hand brakes were facing inside, making it hard to grab & sit down it. We had to unscrew them to face outward, then they were fine.

For the price the Rollator is very sturdy and easy to assemble. The company, Win Love only provides an email address for their customer service. The Rollator I received has a defective Brake latch on the right side. Win Love never responded to my email, however, Amazon was great with an exchange and free UPS pick-up of the defective unit.

I probably looked for six weeks trying to find a walker that would work for me That wasn’t too much money and sturdy enough for my weight and there simply wasn’t anything below around $800.I was about to give up and just buy a wheelchair, but thought I would look one more time for a walker. I Immediately found this walker, but it only had a few reviews one of which had a one star review.It fit my budget and my size so I went ahead and bought it. It came quickly. I gave it to my son who loves to put things together and he had it together in about 30 minutes and I don’t think he looked at the instructions.The front wheels felt like they were too loose, but my orthopedic surgeon works with a professional football team and told me that after using the walker a couple of times they would start working pretty good. And I have no problems with them now.I love the seat. It is very comfortable and wide enough to sit in and I have actually used it to sit in because the chairs offered where I was we’re not comfortable.The pouch underneath the seat is bigger than I expected it to be and strong enough to hold whatever I think I might need, which usually includes the kitchen sink. 🤣🤣🤣 it is easily cleaned in case you spell something. But does not protect the other items in the pouch from getting all wet.In other walkers, I have seen the brake lines get in the way or don’t work but I have not had any problems with it at all.There’s only two things I have a problem with. The height and the seat can be adjusted to three different levels, but are connected together, so if I raise the height, the seat is also raised.The other problem is that it is very heavy around 25 pounds maybe. And you need a lot of room to take it anywhere. Although in your house, it goes easily through a standard door.it is big enough and heavy enough to catch you, if you lose your balance, which I happen to do frequently. And the one time I fell was due to human error and not a mechanical failure.The Walker is excellent for the bigger person. If you are shorter than about 5’6” tall this probably isn’t the walker for you. It would definitely work for someone over 6 feet. I am 5 foot eight and the lowest setting is perfect for me.

Easily assembled with no tools. Super sturdy. I'm a bigger gal, and the seat is wide enough and padded enough to be comfortable when needed. Helps me stand straighter, walk more freely. Very satisfied!!
