Customer service was very good. Alarm arrived in time . Was easy to install. I felt the sound was too quiet and when They followed up asking for my response to the product, they listened to what I said and they offered to send me a siren to attach. I thought that was brilliant .

I bought this alarm system to protect my house. I bought the biggest available option 'G', which comes with 10 door/window sensors, 4 motion sensors, 4 remote controls and a solar-powered remote siren. The parcel arrived promptly as it was fulfilled by Amazon.The alarm itself looks and feels cheap, but it does work surprisingly well. all the sensors were pretty easy to set up and seem to be working fine. However, there are few major issues you need to be aware of:1. IT DOES NOT SUPPORT 3G. I was hoping to use it with Three as it has great PAYG rates, but it doesn't work with Three SIM card (I tried three different SIMs).2. Zones do not work as I expected. I though I would be able to set different zones using the same sensors, e.g. Zone 1 would cover entire house, including the garage, Zone 2 would only cover the ground floor for the night time and Zone 3 would cover the garage. I also expected to be able to arm the zones separately as I need. You can't do this. You can only assign one sensor to one zone. You cannot arm the zones separately. You can assign different sensors to different zones, but each sensor can only be assigned to one zone. This is a misconception and it's rather pointless if you use the alarm to protect your house.3. The remotes - they are awful. I keep arming or firing the panic alarm when the remote is in my pocket. The way it was designed makes it very easy to accidentally press the remote buttons.There are other issues as well, but they are minor. The alarm does the job, but you need to be aware of the issues I listed above.Now the good things:First of all it's cheap, really easy to set up and the sensors have surprisingly good range. It's not a professional alarm system but I think it's good enough to protect your house from most of the 'amateur' thieves.I haven't installed the siren yet as I'm waiting for a bit better weather to do that.I hope you'll find this useful.

Very good alarm system, complete and easy to install, so far stable with no false alarms, not 5 stars because the internal siren is just a small speaker and not loud at all, an external siren is a must.

This is my first alarm and I am very pleased with it. Not difficult to setup and you can add other components later as you work out exactly what you need. Excellent alarm system and I have not had any problems.Company is very quick to respond to any questions and give any help that is needed.

Not what we expected. A bit complicated to set up.

The siren is missing so the sound of the alarm it is not very loud , the instructions are not very straightforward . If you buy it I would advise to buy also a siren
