Can you use the leg weights with the side panels fitted?

Can we fasten it down without using the leg weights please?

Can I leave this up in the garden in all weathers, to cover my patio furniture ?

It says you shouldn't and so if you do any problems are on you. However, we did with ours and it was perfectly fine. Ours is over our hot tube. However, the only times the wether has been an issue has been the really bad wind we've had. We had to drop it to its lowers height so it didn't blow away. Really sturdy and really well made.
