Love these. They help only a little for my joint pain but great for dry eyes!

Happy with this supplement, I will continue to take. Noticeable difference in skin. What I have found to be true for me, is I used to take Collagen powder with Hyulauronic acid. It always puzzled me because it seemed that if you have adequate protein intake your body should be able to produce collagen. Anyway, I am not an expert, however when I stopped taking Collagen with HA I noticed my skin did become a lot worse, just saggy and lack luster. Then I decided to try just Hyulauronic acid. Much better results than the collagen supplement with some hyulauronic acid added. Now I look for Hyulauronic acid in my hand lotion. I hate hand lotions, pretty much all of them but the ones with Hyulaurnic acid work really well for me.
