Hog Wash HW0988 Melt Magic Burn Remover - 4oz.

So hard to find an easy and effective to use product to get those burnt on boot marks off my chrome pipes. This product is frankly amazing - thanks for making a great product.

There’s one other review here from “Robert” that gives this 1 star. I wish I would have heeded his advice. I have some melted microfiber cloth (which is made from plastic), so I tried to remove it. Sprayed it and let it sit 10 minutes, tried that 3 times with no success. I then tried to return the spray, but because it’s a liquid, it’s ineligible for returns. If I remember, I’ll upload a picture. In the meantime, I decided to see if I could search the Internet for a solution to my problem. Low and behold, on a motorcycle forum, I found the following advice for removing microfiber cloth:“So I accidentally touched my hot exhaust with a microfiber cloth the other day. Today I had some free time so I googled how to remove it. There were many good tips but the one I found most useful was Easy off oven cleaner. Most people suggested to be sure to tape up behind the exhaust with some paper so you wouldn't get the oven cleaner on the paint due to it's corrosive nature, and then heat up the pipes. Well one guy had the best solution of all. Spray a little bit of the oven cleaner into the cap off the can. Then take a small paint brush and brush it on the effected area. Well that genius idea worked great. I didn't heat up the pipes, I just painted some cleaner on the area, waited 5 minutes and it just wiped right off.”

Used for boot marks and it left the chrome beautiful!

The product came on time but didn’t do the job I’d hoped it would , the boot mark is still there , tried multiple times to remove it but some result
