Ultra Framing Hammer Leather 540g (19oz)

It is a little longer than I expected but it is a framing hammer not your every day claw hammer , great weight and balance and nicely finished, good price for a fantastic piece of kit , I’ve had my original blue handle estwing claw hammer for 35 years nothing wrong with it , but I’m glad I’ve got the two as this framing hammer is a little big for any delicate jobs

I've wanted an Estwing framing hammer for quite a while now but just couldn't justify the cost, however, during the recent Prime sale it was reduced to £53.00 so I splashed out. What arrived wasn't worth any more than a tenner. Whatever product is used to put a clear coat over the so-called leather wrapped handle was chipped and peeling like an old leatherette sofa, and the black paint on the shaft could be rubbed off with your thumb. Utter tat. Save your money.
