***Update. Just a little update. The things to secure to the wall broke. I think it’s because the bottom of my wall sticks out some so I couldn’t get this all the way against the wall so there was tension with it being secured by zip ties. Or that’s the design. (I don’t know) But the closet is still very sturdy without it being secured so I don’t think I need to try and secure it again. I think if you had kids who may play around it, you would want to find a way to secure it. I noticed the more stuff I added, the less wobbly it became. I included a video to show how when I shake it, it doesn’t move that much. There is no fear if it falling over at all. I still give it 5 stars! I absolutely love this portable closet! It was very easy to put together all by myself. It only took a few hours. It would have taken less time but I kept changing my mind on how high and low I wanted the shelves. I love how you can adjust it to what your needs are. The color is beautiful as well. I spent the extra $5 for the Bronze color because I get tired of black and white furniture. I wanted something different. The Bronze color does not disappoint at all. The only issue I had was I didn’t understand how to use the zip tie that comes with it to anchor it to wall because it was already looped in and locked. Luckily I had zip ties so I just used my own. Installing the anchor piece was super easy and I just put a zip tie around the pole and through the wall piece. It is very study against the wall now. I only had to do that because I have cats who get curious so I didn’t want them climbing on it and knocking it over. I did put towels down on the bottom shelves because my cats were trying to lay down on them. They like to lay there and hide now. So they love the closet as well. It holds so much stuff as well. My bedroom closet and dresser drawers were overflowing so I needed something to move some stuff to so I could find things more easily. This is just what I was looking for. It fit perfectly in my spare room. The measurements of the closet were exact. If you are looking for a portable closet then I highly recommend this. The poles and shelves are very sturdy. I recommend spending the extra money for the bronze color as it is beautiful. I did check that I had every piece before I started putting it together and luckily I wasn’t missing anything. It’s simple enough for one person to put together themselves. No tools required for the closet assembly except a mallet if you want to make sure the shelves fit very snuggly on the poles. Hitting the shelves with the mallet didn’t damage them at all. If you don’t understand the zip tie piece like I didn’t, just buy some zip ties and use your own. It was also packaged very well so nothing was damaged from the shipping. Highly recommend this portable closet and if I ever need another one, I will buy this brand.

I was leery about this purchase due to the many complaints about the “clips” and many pieces to put together, but I’m so glad I bought it! I originally was using a lower quality closet unit that I purchased for our new born for my husband’s clothes once she out grew it. The unit could not support the weight of his clothes and would constantly buckle, collapsing with everything ending up on the floor. I needed something heavy duty and I didn’t believe this would hold the weight of all of his suits, but I was pleasantly wrong! It fit well in the spot we had the old stand which also measured at 71in across. The height is perfect for adding shoe boxes on top or for extra storage. It COULD and DID hold all of his clothes which weighed approx 200lb-300lbs including several shoe boxes and 14 suits (jackets and pants). It took my husband and I about 45mins-1hr to put together. I recommend using 2 ppl to make it quicker, but this is definitely possible to assemble alone. The “clips” were kind of weird. They didn’t completely close, but the instructions mentioned this and said it was okay. I found that if you listen for the click when you slide them down into each other, this works better than just clipping them together like you normally would. I couldn’t find our mallet, so I used a hammer to secure the shelves onto the slips and had no issues with damage. I used just enough force to achieve a secure fit without scratches or damage like some other mentioned. I think we will be buying another one of these as a closet solution until we get a bigger house. Highly recommend.

I have no idea why this is getting 1 star reviews. This thing is amazing! Sturdy design, heavy duty metal, all pieces were clearly marked and extra clips were also given. The instructions were easy to follow, and no tools were required unless anchoring to the wall(which I'll be doing soon) or a rubber maker to pound shelving onto the brackets. I put it together myself in probably 35 minutes with no issues whatsoever. It was also easy to move around while empty, and sits evenly. Seems durable, considering I'm a heavy girl, and used my weight to push the pieces together with no bending of any part. All in all, I'm so happy with this purchase and ecstatic I got it at such a great price! Considering buying another to make it a full wall of storage. Will post pictures once I get all clothing hung.

A bit confusing to set up even with the instructions and following it exactly. But once you get it set up it works very well. It’s not too sturdy even with having a lot of items in there. Although I love how much space and compartments it has and I can put plenty of things on there. In the project description it says you can move the parts to have a different layout. I do wish it was either to this, you have to take it apart quite a bit to get this to work, fortunately there is no screwing or tools required for setting up and adjusting everything.

The install was pretty easy and I really like the durability of the closet itself. I was thrilled to find out that I could order additional shelves/accessories for my closet so I can customize to my liking. I can see myself buying more from this brand again!

I was unsure of these and their sturdiness. I purchased 2. They aren’t as strong as the super duty metal shelving, but one the clothes and whatnot are hung up, they seem pretty good. I moved recently and have significantly less closet space. These work great, don’t take up a ton of space. I like that you can adjust the shelves and hanging poles where they fit best for you. Easy to assemble. Took forever to unbox. Packaged extremely well! The color is pretty!

Easy and quick to assemble. Love the gold as it elevates it from a more industrial look to a more elegant wardrobe. It is quite sturdy. I liked the flexibility of the lower shelves placement. I had been looking at closet wardrobes but i really like how this turned out. It holds a lot!!
