where on their underwear do you clip it? dont want them to lay on it and dig in or too high that it donest detect 'wet'

I have a daughter so I clipped it just below the groin on the leg side of her underwear it seems to still detect wet prob more heat than wet hope this helps

There is no switch to select vibrate or alarm or both

If you take the battery door off and remove the batteries, there is a black switch inside in the alarm that shows a V, A or VA to select for Vibrate, Alarm or Vibration and Alarm. Please let us know if you have any further questions.

Alarm doesn't stop until wet clothing removed, even if i try. very distressing for my child. unable to contact seller. is this a faulty product?

It’s not faulty, it’s just because the sensor is still damp. It is a very sensitive alarm. Once you have removed it from the wet clothes dry it with kitchen roll straight away while holding the button to turn it off then it should stop quickly. Also make sure child is completely dry with new clothes otherwise it may detect dampness.
