Tidy (A Pete the Badger Story)

Really lovely book with an important message about how to look after the environment. Used it with my Year 1 class but also read it to my 2 year old who enjoyed it so suitable for a range of ages. Gorgeous illustrations.

I’m a primary school teacher and all of my classes have loved this book! It rhymes beautifully and has such a lovely main character and story. The moral is easily understood and the pictures are stunning. A true classic.

Bought this book for my son as he was due to be reading it at school. Love the concept.

I love this book. I love the illustrations with its subtle quirks and the story is very good too with clever rhyme. My 20 month old enjoys it and it’s one of our favourites. Read it more time than I can count and neither of us are bored of it yet!

Bought for my 3 year old niece. Nice pictures but she wasn't all that engaged by the story. Might be because she's more interested in more wordy stories now (winnie the pooh, enid blyton etc) but still nice for a quick read.

A fab book to read aloud with charming illustrations. This book brought up a good opportunity to discuss issue such as deforestation, flooding and taking care of our natural environment.

This is a great story about an OCD badger, who just can't stop tidying. In fact he takes it too far, and begins to understand the consequences for everyone. Great environmental message, good fun too.

Can’t go wrong with Emily Garrett books. Recommend

En cartón blando, no para bebés. Yo lo uso para trabajar en clase el cuidado del medioambiente y puedo trabajar incluso las manías. Tiene dibujos bonitos y poco texto, puede leerse fácilmente.

Oh, this book is beautifully illustrated with oranges, greens, yellows and brown for color.I may get another of the same, just to keep one in great condition. The story is charming. Pete gets overwhelmingly too tidy. I had no idea where the story was going. Then it surprises you. Pete learns to be less outrageous.

Beautifully illustrated and designed. The story is funny and conveys it's environmental message very nicely too.
