Bought this as a present for a friend, it was well packaged and arrived in one piece. Good item and was really pleased with it.

Gave as a gift, but I can say that it looks really nice and well presented Highly recommend.

This boxed Adele Gourdain candle arrived shrink wrapped and undamaged in a very sturdy mint green/aqua branded cardboard box with lift off lid. A toning turquoise ribbon around the box was unfortunately quite badly creased to the bow so it may need a light iron if you're looking to gift it - and it would look better minus that shrink wrap.The 200g candle was larger than I'd expected and claims a decent 40 hour burn time. It's attractive looking in its aqua coloured glass jar with deep blue wooden silicone sealed lid. However, though the listing states the candle is made from soy wax - which I prefer as it's clean burning compared to paraffin wax - there is nothing on the packaging or the jar to indicate this. Disappointing - especially if you're considering gifting this to someone who only burns soy candles.The written description here conflicts with the actual product as it suggests this has a 'Wild Berries' fragrance but the box and jar say this is 'White Peach and Oolong' - so the listing requires amendment and the dimensions online were much smaller than the candle in real life. The fragrance when the candle is burned is fairly subtle but okay.The fact that the packaging doesn't mention that this is a soy candle, that no country of origin is given either on the product or in the listing, that this has a name - Adele Gourdain - that sounds French all persuaded me to think this candle is made in China. And as such I believe it's quite pricey.

The media could not be loaded.  I really wish you could smell this review because the candle smells heavenly! I am known to spend a lot on candles both for me and for gifts for friends and family and I had never seen or heard of Scent Therapy before but wow I have found my new favourite.The little box that the candle comes in makes for a perfect gift but also looks lovely when not issuing the candle to then display on the side. The scent is SO strong but smells pure rather than aerosol.The smell can even be smelt when burning too which I often find isn’t the case with a lot of candles so this gets another win from me. The candle the jar the smell the packaging is all too quality and well worth the price. I am hoping their will be gift sets by this company leading up to Christmas because I need them all!
