I need to support 5 openvpn users using mac/tunnelblick. do i need a controller as well or just the er7206?

Hi! OpenVPN functionality requires the use of an Omada Hardware Controller, Software Controller, or Cloud-Based Controller.

Can i access settings via ip/web gui or can you only manage via the omada sdn app?

Hi! Settings can be adjusted via web management interface.

So I understand this correctly, I can load balance and have failover of two network providers by connecting their respective routers?

The router can be used for load balancing or failover between two ISPs.
